1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
- REFUNDS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL, OR IF THE WRONG ITEM/SIZE WAS DELIVERED.
- TO BE ELIGIBLE, THE ITEM MUST BE UNUSED, UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- ITEMS BOUGHT IN THE CORRECT SIZE, COLOR, OR STYLE SELECTED BY THE CUSTOMER ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
- WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND, PERSONAL PREFERENCE, OR INCORRECT SIZE CHOICE BY THE CUSTOMER.
- ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, LINGERIE, CUSTOM OR LIMITED-EDITION PIECES ARE FINAL SALE UNLESS DEFECTIVE.
3. TIMEFRAME
- YOU MUST SUBMIT A REFUND REQUEST WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
- AFTER 48 HOURS, ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.
4. INSPECTION & APPROVAL
- ONCE YOUR RETURNED ITEM IS RECEIVED, OUR TEAM WILL INSPECT IT.
- IF THE ITEM MEETS ALL CONDITIONS, YOUR REFUND WILL BE APPROVED AND PROCESSED WITHIN 7–10 BUSINESS DAYS.
- IF THE ITEM FAILS INSPECTION, IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
- SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER UNLESS THE ITEM WAS DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT.
6. EXCHANGES
- WE DO NOT OFFER DIRECT EXCHANGES. CUSTOMERS MAY PLACE A NEW ORDER ONCE THEIR REFUND (IF APPROVED) IS PROCESSED.
